Special Update: Post Study Work Visas

As you may be aware, the visa category known as Post Study Work (PSW), which allows you to work for any employer and live in the UK without need of a sponsor for two (2) years after completion of your degree will be stopped from 6th April 2012.

Updates on UKBA ref renewals from B rated colleges

There has been a new decision taken by UKBA with regard to issuing visa extension/renewals to those attending B rated colleges.

If you are renewing to continue on your current course and your college is B rated, your application will be refused based on a clause pertaining to B sponsors and visa extensions / renewals.

Please contact us now if your visa expires in OCT, NOV, DEC.

We strongly advise against submitting your application on your own.
