Another round of colleges make the Tier 4 Suspension / Revoked List

TIER 4 College License UPDATE   as at 3:00pm, 10th October 2014

The following colleges have been added to the Tier 4 License SUSPENDED – pending the outcome of further investigations.

  •  London School of Business & Accountancy
  • Middlesex College of Law Ltd

During this time, these colleges cannot enrol NEW Tier 4 students , make offers to Tier 4 students or give CAS letters  Currently enrolled students will be able to continue their classes as normal until further notice is given.

We strongly advise those who are studying in colleges that have been suspended to get a copy of ALL their transcripts, progression letters, certificates, CAS letters and other relevant academic records.  This is to avoid being in a situation of not being able to access these documents should the UKVI take the decision to revoke the license of your college.

 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following colleges have now been added to the Tier 4 License REVOKED or Surrendered list.   They can no longer have Tier 4 students at their institution, enrol new tier 4 students or issue CAS or offer letters.

  •  Blake Hall College - Revoked
  • CAHRO Academy Ltd – Revoked
  • London Churchill College - Surrendered

Students of colleges that have had their Tier 4 license revoked will need to find new colleges/sponsors IMMEDIATELY or leave the UK within a particular period.

To date there are now 50 Revoked and 24 Suspended Tier 4 License Colleges.
