There has been a new decision taken by UKBA with regard to issuing visa extension/renewals to those attending B rated colleges.
If you are renewing to continue on your current course and your college is B rated, your application will be refused based on a clause pertaining to B sponsors and visa extensions / renewals.
Please contact us now if your visa expires in OCT, NOV, DEC.
We strongly advise against submitting your application on your own.

Attending a B rated or Suspended college - don't get stuck...read on!
As a student, paying university/college fees are often difficult, even with instalment plans.
It has been noted that many B rated or Suspended colleges are taking advantage of students, particularly those students in need of CAS letters and in some appointments we have had recently, these colleges have been using scare tactics towards students pressuring them into paying off full fees.
There is no guarantee if you pay your fees in full, particularly if you have an agreement to pay in installment that your B rated or Suspended college will have their license renewed and there is no guarantee that you will be refunded as many of these colleges have clauses on their receipts or documents a fine print of 'no refund'.
Many students are currently affected by the many closures that UKBA have done due to these B rated and Suspended colleges licensed not being renewed for failure on their part for not being up to UKBA standards and requirements.
The following has happened and can happen to you if you do not take appropriate measurements to safeguard yourself.
